We cannot wait for you to receive your new pieces. Here is everything you need to know about how we process, pack and send your order.
Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing Once you place your order, we aim to process it within one to three business days. Orders placed Monday to Thursday are often processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be handled the following Monday.
Delivery Time After your order is processed, it will be on its way to you within an average of five to eleven business days, depending on your location. We always do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you ever have questions or need a hand, just reach out. We are here for you.

Shopping with us is simple and easy:

2. Checkout — When you are ready, head to checkout and enter your delivery details. Make sure everything is spelled correctly so your parcel finds its way home.
3. Review and Confirm — Take a quick moment to double-check everything before moving on to payment.
4. Payment — Choose from secure payment options including: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
5. Click Complete Order — Follow the steps and you are all set. If you run into any issues at all, email us and we will sort it out for you right away.

Our Shipping Approach
To keep our prices fair and reduce our environmental footprint, we group orders from multiple customers together and ship them out once we've reached a certain volume, rather than sending each package out one by one. This is about how we batch shipments overall — it has nothing to do with the size of your individual order, and it's already factored into the delivery times above. It is our way of staying sustainable and efficient while still getting you the pieces you love.
Track Your Order
Want to follow your parcel on its journey to you? Once your order has been processed, tracking details will be available on our Track Your Order page — generally within one to three business days of placing your order.
A Note on Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control. If your parcel is taking longer than expected or you need it urgently, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution quickly.
